You have most likely been directed to this page by an ECS Technician that is going to assist you in repairing an issue with your PC or perform another such service for you. Please follow the instructions below to install our Remote Support Tool and begin the support process.

By clicking the ECS, Inc. Remote Support icon above, you will be able to download a tool that will allow an ECS, Inc. Support Technician to access your PC remotely. This capability allows us to more quickly assess and repair a problem with your PC from a remote location and is often more convenient and less expensive than having a Technician deployed on-site.
Upon running this tool, a small window will pop up with an ID number. Please give this ID number to the Remote Support Technician. At this point, the technician will be able to access your PC and control it remotely. During the Remote Support Call you may temporarily lose control of your PC and/or the screen may go blank. This is normal and is only the technician controlling your PC.
After the technician is finished, you will regain control of your PC. After closing off the Remote Support Tool, the technician will no longer be able to log into your PC remotely. This service requires that the user gives authorization to the Remote Support Technician each time, by running the remote support tool.
